Bahler Chocolate
Bahler
Chocolate is the enterprise of Karl and Nicole Bahler, who moved to
Enfield from Buffalo, N.Y., nine years ago. Karl has operated
Sustainable Forest Systems in the Copeland Block since 2005, and Nicole
teaches part-time for the Lebanon school district. the candy currently
is available locally at the Lebanon Farmers' Market and Seasons
Restaurant. The Enfield Farmers Market, Seasons Marketplace, and the
Hanover and Lebanon Co-op Food Stores will carry the truffles in the

Swing Jamie Dance Studio
EVA welcomes Jamie Orr to the village. He
has opened a dance studio at 25 Main Street for private instruction and
small groups. The studio specializes in swing, ballroom, country and
line dancing. Jamie is a former dance competitor and has been teaching

McPhall live in Enfield and have a real commitment to offering food
locally grown and organic when possible. Lunch hours are Mon. thru Sat.
11 – 3pm and Sun. brunch 11-3pm. Dinner will be served Wed thru Sat.
5pm-10pm and both lunches and dinners are available for dining in or
take-out. “A good kitchen respects its sources, chooses ingredients that
are sound, seasonal, local when possible, and appropriate to the event,”
says Ron. “We see farming, foraging, cooking, and table service as an
unbroken sequence, like food and wine, accommodation and nourishment.”
As the name of the restaurant implies, the menu will change

Northern Rail Trail (not really
a business, but still fun!)
After the State of NH acquired the right
of way in 1994, volunteers working as the Friends of the Northern Rail
Trail, Grafton County brought 23 miles of trail into four-season use in
2001. Today FNRT and Twin State Trailbusters snowmobile club continue to
maintain and improve what has become one of the region's most popular
recreation venues. The trail is open to hiking, snowmobiling, horseback
riding, cross-country skiing, and bicycling. On the web:
